Try Diving

Would you like to try diving and see the best diving location Slovenia has to offer? Than this is it! The Try Diving program lasts about 3 hours and will be the highlight of your holiday! Minimum age 10, no prior experience or knowledge needed.

In this program you will learn:

1. THEORY
   • We will discuss basic rules of scuba diving and how the pressure effects us. You will learn about underwater communication, learn everything about scuba equipment and how to use it. At the end of academic session we will discuss our dive and learn how to solve two basic problems underwater.
2. DIVING
   • We will prepare the equipment and go for a dive at Slovenia’s best diving spot – Fiesa. The dive starts in very shallow water, where we will learn how to clear the water out of the mask and how to replace your regulator, in case if you drop it out of your mouth.
   • After we have learned these basic skills, we will go for a nice dive. The maximum depth and time depend on how comfortable you feel, but a typical dive is to around 8m for 45 minutes.
3. DEBREEFING
   • When out of the water, we will discuss what we saw under water and how you can continue diving or sign up for a diving course

Fiesa reef, next to Piran, where we are located, is by far the best place to dive in Slovenia and try scuba diving is probably the most fun experience you can have on Slovenian coast and something you will remember for lifetime.

To make the experience safe, we usually take a maximum of 2 guests per instructor. If there is a larger group, there will be more instructors, or the group will be split for the water part.
